Inspection cadence:

- Annually: Full CAN/ULCS536 inspection, voice communication testing, and AHJ compliance review.

- Periodic trip tests for dry systems, valve/inlet inspection, and five-year flushing
Cadence highlights:
- Weekly: Verify unsupervised control valves; check dry system air/water pressures.
- Monthly: Test alarms on systems without electrical supervisory service; inspect lockedopen valves.
- Quarterly/Annual: Full NFPA 25 inspection and water flow testing.
- Every 3 years: Dry-pipe valve trip test with control valve fully open.
- Every 5 years: System flushing.
